Notice of Public Hearing
The County of El Dorado Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Planning Commission Hearing Room, 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667 on May 27, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., to consider the following: Tentative Subdivision Map Time Extension TM-E20-0005/Southpointe Meadows submitted by HAMDI KANAAN to request for three one-year discretionary time extensions to approved Southpointe Meadows Tentative Subdivision Map (TM16-1529) creating seven residential lots ranging in size from 1 to 1.3 acres resulting in a new expiration date of April 26, 2025. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 110-450-007, consisting of 8.04 acres, is located on the east side of Castec Way approximately 1,200 feet east of the intersection with Lakehills Drive, in the El Dorado Hills area, Supervisorial District 1.
