The EDH APAC Subcommittee on the DEIR for the proposed El Dorado Hills Apartments at Town Center East.

Submitted to the full Area Planning Advisory Committee at the August 9 2017 EDH APAC meeting.

A motion was made to accept the Subcommittee recommendation of non-support of the project as proposed. The motion passed 7-0. EDH APAC officially recommends non-support of the project as proposed.

The following letter was sent to the El Dorado Planning and Development Services Department, communicating APAC’s position on the project.
