How to Join and Participate in the Planning Commission Meeting 

The Planning Commission meeting room will be open for the public to attend in person. You can also watch the meeting live on Zoom.

We try our best to offer remote access, but Zoom is only provided as a convenience. If there are technical issues, the only guaranteed way to share your comments is by attending in person. Unless it’s a scheduled teleconference meeting, the Planning Commission may continue the meeting without Zoom if needed.

How to Make a Public Comment

You can share your comments with the Commission in person or on Zoom. Seating in the meeting room is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To join by phone, call 530-621-7603 or 530-621-7610. The Meeting ID is 851 9988 4873. You can only join the live stream when the meeting starts. To watch online, go to: https://edcgov-us.zoom.us/j/85199884873

If you are on Zoom and want to speak, click the “Raise Hand” button. If you are calling in by phone, press *9 to raise your hand. Each speaker has 3 minutes to talk. 

By joining the meeting, you agree to be recorded. If you don’t want to attend the meeting but still want to share your thoughts, please submit your comments by 3:00 PM the day before the meeting to the Clerk of the Planning Commission at planning@edcgov.us.
