How to Join and Participate in the Planning Commission Meeting
The Planning Commission meeting room will be open for the public to attend in person. You can also watch the meeting live on Zoom.
We try our best to offer remote access, but Zoom is only provided as a convenience. If there are technical issues, the only guaranteed way to share your comments is by attending in person. Unless it’s a scheduled teleconference meeting, the Planning Commission may continue the meeting without Zoom if needed.
How to Make a Public Comment
You can share your comments with the Commission in person or on Zoom. Seating in the meeting room is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are on Zoom and want to speak, click the “Raise Hand” button. If you are calling in by phone, press *9 to raise your hand. Each speaker has 3 minutes to talk.

Of note to El Dorado Hills residents:
| 25-0590 | 1 | 2. | Agenda Item | Department of Transportation recommends that the Planning Commission: 1) Approve the Finding of Consistency of the 2025 Annual Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with the General Plan; and 2) Approve the Finding of Consistency for the following to be included in the Annual CIP: a) Add Latrobe Road – Investment Blvd. to Golden Foothill Parkway/Clubview Drive, CIP 36105055, to the 2025 CIP, and remove it from the unfunded list; b) Remove Missouri Flat Rd – China Garden to SR 49, CIP 36105027, from the 2025 CIP and add it to the unfunded list; and c) Approve the schedule change to White Rock Road Widening (2 to 4 lanes) – Post Street to South of Silva Valley Parkway, CIP 36105042, to allow planning, environmental, and design work to begin in Fiscal Year 2024-25 instead of waiting until Fiscal Year 2025-26 as shown in the 2024 CIP. |
