21-0495AGENDA #19 consider the following pertaining to the Merrychase and Country Club Drive – Sidewalks, Class II/III Bikepath and Silva Valley Parkway/Harvard Way Intersection Improvements, CIP 72312/36105025 and CIP 72378/36105036, Contract 4546: 1) Approve and adopt the Plans and Contract Documents and authorize the Chair to sign the Plans; and 2) Authorize advertisement for construction bids.
