19-086513.Agenda ItemDepartment of Transportation recommending the Board approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to reduce Performance Bond 0702219 pertaining to Serrano – Village J6 Phase 1, Unit 1, TM 13-1511, from $3,462,177.29 to $559,556.85, representing 100% of the total remaining improvements. This amount guarantees against any defective work, labor done, or defective materials furnished. FUNDING: Developer Funded
19-022818.Agenda ItemApprove the following for the Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division for the ELEL 20 Latrobe Road project: 1) Authorize the Department of Transportation to move forward with obtaining a time extension from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); 2) Approve a budget transfer for Fiscal Year 2018-19 in the amount of $91,432, allocating $91,432 in FEMA funding to the Department of Transportation; 3) Approve the use of $45,000 in funding from the savings in parks projects in the Accumulative Capital Outlay Fund for fiscal year 2018-19 to be used as the County’s match; and 4) Approve the Parks Division requesting $25,000 from the Sacramento Placerville Transportation Corridor Joint Powers Authority to assist in project funding.
