PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS: As a result of new guidance from the California Department of Public Health, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID19 virus, the Board of Supervisors meeting room will be closed to the public and Board members and staff will be participating remotely in accordance with Government Code ยง 54953(e). The meeting will continue to be live-streamed via Zoom and YouTube.

Members of the public may address the Board via Zoom to make a public comment. The public should call into 530-621-7603 or 530-621-7610. The Meeting ID is 896 1648 4207. Please note you will not be able to join the live-stream until the posted meeting start time.

21-1925Agenda #21 Department of Transportation recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to Agreement for Services 3480 with Crawford & Associates, Incorporated to provide on-call geological, geotechnical, hydraulic, and hydrologic engineering support services, extending the performance period an additional two (2) years to February 11, 2024, increasing the not-to-exceed by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed of $400,000, and updating contract language per California Department of Transportation federal funding requirements.

21-1892Agenda #24 Department of Transportation recommending the Board consider the following: 1) Accept the subdivision improvements for Serrano Village J7, TM 18-1536, as complete; 2) Hold Performance Bond 0773107 in the amount of $347,179.77, which is ten percent of the total cost of the subdivision improvements. This amount guarantees against any defective work, labor done, or defective materials furnished, which is to be released after one year if no claims are made; 3) Hold Laborers & Materialmens Bond 0773107 in the amount of $1,735,898.84 for six months to guarantee payments to persons furnishing labor, materials, or equipment; and 4) Authorize the Clerk of the Board to release the respective Bonds after the required time periods upon written request by Transportation.
