If the Planning Commission determines, in its sole discretion, that it needs more time to consider public testimony and/or to deliberate, the public hearing and/or deliberation will continue at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting of Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.
How to Join and Participate in the Planning Commission Meeting
The Planning Commission meeting room will be open for the public to attend in person. You can also watch the meeting live on Zoom.
We try our best to offer remote access, but Zoom is only provided as a convenience. If there are technical issues, the only guaranteed way to share your comments is by attending in person. Unless it’s a scheduled teleconference meeting, the Planning Commission may continue the meeting without Zoom if needed.
How to Make a Public Comment
You can share your comments with the Commission in person or on Zoom. Seating in the meeting room is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
