No formal action by the Planning Commission will be taken. Public Comment: R. Harris, K. Payne, L. Campbell Chair Nevis opened the public hearing and upon conclusion of public comment and staff input, closed the public hearing. No action was taken on this item. |

Public Comment: K. Payne Chair Nevis opened the public hearing and upon conclusion of public comment and staff input, closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner Harkin, seconded by Chair Nevis, to appoint Commissioner Boeger as First Vice-Chair.
