23-0011AGENDA #3 Hearing to consider Bass Lake Estates (Tentative Subdivision Map Time Revision TM-R22-0001) request for a revision to the approved Bass Lake Estates Tentative Subdivision Map TM06-1420 to add a Phasing Plan (two (2) phases) in accordance with El Dorado County Subdivision Ordinance Section 120.28.010 and Subdivision Map Act Section 66456.1 for financing and phasing purposes. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 115-030-006, consisting of 7.45 acres, is located on the east side of Bass Lake Road, approximately 427 feet south of the intersection with Clemson Drive, in the Cameron Park area, submitted by Terra Investments, LLC (Agent: CTA Engineering and Surveying)

1) Determine that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15164, there is no substantial evidence requiring the preparation of a Subsequent Negative Declaration and adopt the Addendum to the existing Initial Study/Negative Declaration, originally adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 12, 2008; and
2) Approve TM-R22-0001 based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.

Chair Vegna opened the public hearing and upon conclusion of public comment and staff input, closed the public hearing.
A motion was made by Chair Vegna, seconded by Commissioner Harkin to

1) Determine that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15164, there is no substantial evidence requiring the preparation of a Subsequent Negative Declaration and adopt the Addendum to the existing Initial Study/Negative Declaration, originally adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 12, 2008; and
2) Approve TM-R22-0001 based on the Findings and subject to the updated Conditions of Approval as presented.
