23-0881AGENDA #12 Supervisor Hidahl recommending the Board consider the following pertaining to the 12th Annual Firework display to be held at the El Dorado Hills Town Center on Monday, July 3, 2023: 1) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 075-2023 permitting Pyro Spectaculars by Souza to conduct a pyrotechnic display for the event, contingent upon full compliance of necessary requirements, insurance, contracts and permits as deemed necessary by the control authorities; and 2) Authorize the Chair to sign a letter to the Fire Marshal approving same.
