23-0140AGENDA #13 Surveyor’s Office recommending the Board adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 023-2023 for Abandonment of Easement 22-0004, to abandon a portion of a Drainage easement on Lot 45 of Stonebriar Unit No. 3, recorded in Book I of Subdivisions at Page 98, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-200-006. Said property is within the community of El Dorado Hills, Supervisorial District 1, and is located at 3227 Montrose Way.
