| 25-0406 | 1 | 19. | Agenda Item | Department of Transportation recommending the Board take the following actions pertaining to Bass Lake Road and Bridlewood Roundabout Project, Capital Improvement Program project number 36105079: 1) Make findings in accordance with El Dorado County Ordinance Code, Chapter 3.13.030(C) that due to the temporary or occasional nature of work on this project, the ongoing aggregate of work to be performed is not sufficient to warrant addition of permanent staff, and there is a need to engage with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for design support services; 2) Award Request for Proposal 24-0055 to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc; and 3) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement 9104 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., in the amount of $509,551.87, effective upon execution for a term of four (4) years.
