Written Comments: If you prefer not to attend or speak during the meeting, you may submit written comments on specific agenda items. Please email your comments to edc.cob@edcgov.us by 4:00 PM the day before the meeting to ensure timely distribution to the Board. All written comments will be entered into the public record. The Board Clerk cannot guarantee that any FAX, email, or mail received the day of the meeting will be delivered to the Board prior to action on the subject matter.
