Discussion: the first annual EDH Fine Arts Festival being held at the EDH library October 14

• Nothing new on the CEDHSP project is available for public review – EDC Planning is anticipating the project will be reviewed by the BOS and public, sometime before the end of 2023.
• Nothing New on the Costco project-EDH 52 (Tsakopolous development) Expect Full Environmental Impact Review (EIR) to commence in the near future
• Nothing New on the Town and Country Village Development – Expect Full Environmental Impact Review (EIR) to commence in the near future
• Calif. Department of Insurance Wildfire Risk Models/Mitigations and Update on the new Fair Plan Rates scheduled for October 10th @ 1PM @ BOS meeting
• County Strategic Plan Public review/comment will be conducted at the October 17th BOS meeting

• Public Safety – Sheriff’s report, CHP report and EDH Fire report   
• Economic Development – Restructuring of the Community and Economic Development Advisory Committee continues – CEDAC members met with the BOS Ad-Hoc Committee on 9/28, confirming restructuring plan

• Good Governance – BOS reviewed the Charter Review Committee’s four recommendations and directed staff follow up
