Will discuss the recent changes to the County Office of Emergency Services (OES) organizational structure and present a summary of the new unincorporated area countywide Emergency Evacuation Toolset, including the PerimeterMap.com website

  • Nothing New on Costco/EDH 52 Mixed Use (AKT-Tsakopolous development) project- Plannings Fact Sheet/Frequently asked questions sheet is being updated
  • Nothing New on Town and Country Village Development. Full Draft Environmental Impact Review (DEIR) has been started
  • Nothing New on AKT Community for Health and Independence. Pre-plan documents for an EDC J-6 review (TBD) of their 1400-acre proposed project in conjunction with UC Davis. The proposed project is 2800 total acres, with1400 acres in Sacramento County. The project work is anticipated to start in EDC
  • Generations at Green Valley Road Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the preparation of a Draft EIR (DEIR) was issued on February 23rd, 2024, with a Review period running from 2/26/24 to 3/26/24. The Planning Department Public Scoping meeting will be held on March 12th at the EDH Fire Station 85 (El Dorado Hills Blvd and Wilson Way) starting at 5:30. The Public is encouraged to participate.

  • Public Infrastructure- Two new EDH ‘Safety’ projects were added to the County Capital Improvement Program (CIP) on 3/5/24. 1) Hollow Oak Drive at Bass Lake Road Turn Pockets and 2) Robert J. Mathews Drive at Golden Foothill Parkway Roundabout in the EDH Business Park
