Supervisor Communications

• Nothing new on the CEDHSP project is available for public review-County Development Agreement (DA) Team is continuing to meet periodically with the Developer
• Costco project – EDH 52 (Tsakopolous development) submitted revised plans which include apartments
• EDC 2023 Strategic Planning continues with Ad-Hoc working group finalizing their draft. Follow-up meetings with the original group are planned, with a Public Workshop anticipated to help refine the draft prior to bringing final recommendations to the BOS
• Our District 1 Planning Commissioner Jon Vegna is moving to Texas and has resigned from his position effective mid-July.  Interviews of three applicants will be completed tomorrow, July 11^th.  BOS appointment to follow.

Leadership Team Progress Reports

• Public Safety – Sheriff’s report, CHP report and EDH Fire report
• Economic Development- Restructuring of the Community and Economic Development Advisory Committee is progressing, with an anticipated timeframe for completion in late August
• Infrastructure- District 1 2023 Pavement Condition Index (PCI) measurements for County maintained roads has been posted by DOT
• Good Governance- Charter Review Committee report
• Healthy Communities- First Five and EDCOE activity updates
• APAC – July 18th APAC meeting agenda
• Youth Commission report- Youth Commission activity update
• Community Information and Outreach
• EDH District 2 Communities report
