Supervisor Communications

• Realignment of the EDHCC Leadership team to correlate with the new EDC Strategic plan
• CEDHSP project- The EDHCSD acquisition of 66 acres of the former 98-acre Executive Golf Course is proceeding as planned. EDC Planning is continuing to prepare for a BOS Special meeting in EDH at a TBD future date, if requested of the developer, should escrow not close as planned.
• Costco project-EDH 52 (AKT-Tsakopolous development) is moving forward as the single applicant through the CEQA process. Costco has a continued interest in locating a new warehouse at the proposed South (also West) of Silva Valley Parkway site, adjacent to the Clarksville Crossing Roadway.
• Nothing New on the Town and Country Village Development. Full Environmental Impact Review (EIR) has been started
• AKT has submitted their pre-plan documents for an EDC J-6 review of their 1400 acre proposed “Community for Health and Independence”, in conjunction with UC Davis. Multiple Press Outlets have covered the story, as the project also includes 1400 acres (total of 2800 acres) in Sacramento County that might be annexed by the City of Folsom at some future date. The project work is anticipated to start in EDC
