CEDHSP project- The EDHCSD is pursuing acquisition of 66 acres of the old Executive golf course (98 acres) for $10M with an anticipated 45-day due diligence and escrow process. Potential acquisition of a portion or all of the remaining 41.5 acres within an 18-month subsequent period at a price of $240,000/acre would also be established. A 3-acre parcel set aside for a future Senior Center (Center for the Ages) was also identified as being immediately South of the EDH Fire Station 85 (Wilson Blvd). EDC Planning is continuing to prepare for a January 29th, 2024, BOS Special meeting at the request of the developer, should escrow not close as planned.
Costco project-EDH 52 (Tsakopolous development) has been withdrawn by EDH 52
