Will discuss the EDC Community Hubs, and services provided at our County Libraries

Nothing new on the CEDHSP project is available for public review-EDC Planning is anticipating the project will be reviewed by the BOS and public, sometime before the end of 2023.
Costco project-EDH 52 (Tsakopolous development) submitted revised plans which include apartments with a full Environmental Impact Review (EIR) to commence in the near future.
EDC 2023 Strategic Planning continues with Ad-Hoc working group finalizing their draft. Follow-up meetings with the original group are planned this month. A Public Workshop is anticipated in September/October to help refine the draft prior to bringing final recommendations to the BOS
Brandon Reinhardt was approved by the BOS as our new District 1 Planning Commissioner (PC) on July 25^th and attended his first PC meeting on July 27^th
Proposed County Amnesty Ordinance to address unpermitted property improvements by previous owners was continued to a later date to allow more public input and refinement

Economic Development- Restructuring of the Community and Economic Development Advisory Committee is progressing, with a revised timeframe for completion in late September
