23-0896AGENDA #7 Supervisor Hidahl recommending the Board: 1) Find that a public benefit is derived from supporting funding towards public safety at the El Dorado Hills Fireworks and Freedom Concert; and 2) Approve and authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to sign a funding agreement, consistent with the County’s standard form and upon the approval of County Counsel, authorize payment of the $5,000 community funding contribution to the Not-For-Profit, Town Center East Owner’s Association, in support of the public safety efforts.

Supervisor Thomas opened the public hearing and upon hearing from staff and
the public closed the hearing.

A motion was made by Supervisor Parlin, seconded by Supervisor Turnboo to
Adopt Resolution 079-2023.
