23-0083AGENDA #10 El Dorado County Air Quality Management District (AQMD) recommending the Board, acting as the AQMD Board of Directors, award seven (7) eligible grant projects for the replacement of eleven (11) public school buses, and authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to execute agreements with school districts, contingent upon approvals by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not increase the funding amounts in excess of the awards.

23-0348AGENDA #13 Department of Transportation recommending the Board: 1) Receive a presentation on the Department of Transportation’s recommended use of Tribe Funds; and 2) Discuss and approve staff’s recommendation for the annual allocation of Tribe funds and personnel allocations in the amount of $1,943,105 for the addition of 5.0 FTE Highway Maintenance Workers, 1.0 FTE Office Assistant, $650,000 in contracted vegetation management, and $650,000 in contracted road maintenance, to be updated at recommended FY 2023/24 budget.

23-0437AGENDA #15 HEARING – The Board is asked to consider a request from the El Dorado Hills Community Services District to adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 057-2023 increasing development impact mitigation fees for parks and recreation by 4.9% based on the change in the Annual Consumer Price Index Adjustment for Calendar Year 2022.
