Heritage At Carson Creek TM20-0001/SP-R20-0001
Sean MacDiarmid, Director of Forward Planning, Lennar Homes of California, will discuss the proposed Heritage at Carson Creek project. The Project consists of a Specific Plan Amendment (SP94-02), Rezone, and Tentative Map.

Montano de El Dorado PHASE 2 DEIR Z15-0002,PD15-0004,P15-0006,S17-0015
Applicant Vinal Perkins will discuss the proposed Montano de El Dorado Phase 2 project.
