UPDATE: Capital Southeast Connector JPA Executive Director Derek Minnema

CSC JPA Executive Director Minnema will update the JPA project status. EDH APAC White Rock Road Noise Study Report Subcommittee members will also provide more details about resident concerns for the El Dorado County Segments of the CSC JPA route from the El Dorado County line to Latrobe Road, and east to the Silva Valley Parkway-US50 interchange
