1. EDC Planning Commission April 14, 2022 Meeting – EDH Area Projects
   Tentative Subdivision Map Revision TM-R21-0001/Summer Brook submitted by BLUE MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES, INC., request for a revision to the approved Summer Brook Tentative Map and Planned Development TM07-1440/PD07-0007 to remove Conditions of Approval No. 25, 27 and 28 requiring installation of a traffic signal and completion of, or financing for, associated intersection improvements prior to final map recordation. EDC Transportation Department Senior Civil Engineer Adam Bane will join to discuss
2. April 11, 2022 EDC Planning Dept TAC meeting update – CUP22-0001 Quack Car Wash
   Car Wash facility with associated site improvements including 16-vaccum accessible parking stalls, landscaping, and exterior lighting. Located at the south west corner of Green Valley Rd & Sophia Pkwy.
3. EDH Sophia Pkwy Neighborhood Retail Center Development Plan
   Proposed retail center at the southwest corner of Green Valley Rd & Sophia Pkwy to consist of 4 buildings: 1 Proposed restaurant, 1 proposed multi-use commercial, 1 proposed smog/auto repair shop, & 1 Car Wash (Quick Quack CUP22-0001)
4.  Project updates & EDH APAC Subcommittee(s) Updates
   CEDHSP – updated project hearing at the April 28, 2022 EDC Planning Commission Meeting.
