Creekside Village Specific Plan – Update from Project Applicants on project status, and the DRAFT Environmental Impact Report. The project proposes 763 residential units, including limiting the number of conventional housing units to a maximum of 150 with the remainder restricted to Active Adult. Project DEIR comment period June 20 – August 19, 2025.
EDH APAC Library – Update on volunteers’ efforts to compile a library for residents to use for reference for general understanding, and development review guidance.
UPDATE: *Notification* Lime Rock Valley Specific Plan Partial Recirculated DEIR – 60 day Comment Period ends July 14, 2025. The focus of the RDEIR is very narrow:
The changes to the DEIR contained in this Partial RDEIR are focused on updating the biological resources, cultural resources, hazards and hazardous materials, and recreation resource categories. There are no changes to the LRVSP project itself. The remainder of the DEIR previously released for public review is not a part of this recirculation.
